Hello all,

Thank you for the moderators for creating this website, I have found some helpful information while I'm going through the MEB/PEB process. Can someone point in the right direction regarding possible % for migraines, TBI, vertigo and syncope? My neurologist just started me on BOTOX injections; however, it's not helping and in fact is making it worse. My doctors have still yet found out what caused me to pass out. Thank you in advance for any guidance.

To look at all conditions that you can claim, you can go here:

Migraines are specifically in 4.124a - Schedule of Ratings - Neurological Conditions and Convulsive Disorders, item 8100.

8100 Migraine:

With very frequent completely prostrating and prolonged attacks

productive of severe economic inadaptability.................................................... 50

With characteristic prostrating attacks occurring on an average once

a month over last several months....................................................................... 30

With characteristic prostrating attacks averaging one in 2 months over

last several months............................................................................................. 10

With less frequent attacks........................................................................................ 0

The other two conditions you mentioned, I haven't specifically looked for myself but definitely check out the website!

Thank you for the quick reply. I'm trying to figure out how the VA determines the combined rating. Thank you again!
