I sent in my packet in 2017. Heard that they received it and nothing sense. Went to the website, phone number just tells you to go to the website. The email that is there is undeliverable. Is there a way to actually contact someone to get an answer? I have a Purple Heart and it seems like this should be easier to get figured out!!

I am in the same boat packet was sent Apr 2017, I received a letter saying my application was received and assigned a docket number but nothing since that was in Sept 2017. I got these two numbers from the forum don't know if they still work or not I will be trying them on Monday to see.
