IDES Timeline

According to my lawyer, my case is with the 3rd officer now, which is what I assume to be the presiding officer. Anyone know how long cases are usually here for? he said I should be receiving findings here in the near future.
Third officer means the first and second officer disagreed on a fitness for duty determination and it’s going to the third for the tie breaker. You should know soon whether you’re fit or unfit.

I figured that was the case. Hopefully it’s unfit, I honestly don’t know how there could’ve even been a disagreement in the first place, but only time will tell now.

So I got a weird message on Facebook from a random I’m assuming PEBLO and he confirmed I was found unfit lol

Well guys. Go on another 96 today. Here’s to another week without findings. Will be 211 days at the PEB when we come back next week. Another week of a fools hope.

I found out about the findings yesterday, but have had no updates prior since October

whaaattt? so happy for you!! I have the same MO timeline as you, so I’m hoping mine comes soon!
I hope you get yours soon!! PEB is weird, man. I really hope the longer cases find out soon too.

within 190 days after separation you can file another service related claim. but after 190 days they won't really let it happen. my husband just got rejected because he waited to long to file. I say do it as soon as possible
You can file a service connected claim at any point after get out. You have 12 months from the date of your departure for it to be considered presumptive and receive back pay for it.
