Doc said he'll refer me to MEB if latest procedure doesn't work

My issues:
.herniated disk treated with series of shots into lower back
.radicllolopathy(spelling?) Down one leg treated with pain meds
.migraine treated with botox and abortive
. Tbi after airborne treated with electro stimulus
. Plantar fascists (mri showing one foot has it) got 1 series of shots on both feet current soft shoe profile
.ankle instability (mri shows only one foot having calcium build up)
.wrist and elbow pain being treated at OT
.depression treated with drugs and therapy for 18mo
.sleep apnea with cpap
.shoulder pain (old)
.tmj have pending appointment with oral surgery

Things I want to get evaluated before med board is initiated
.vasovagal response to when I get shots (new)
.neck pain (mri came back clean)
.adhd, got screened by psych and waiting for psychiatry appointment for drugs

Based on all of this would like to know an estimated rating.

Also heard mixed things If I should wait till after my MEB to get scene for these.

if referred to IDES. list everything! Its possible to get conditions added to unfitting throughout the process if you fight and appeal. As far as ratings it all depends on what conditions the Army considers unfitting meaning causes you to not be able to do your job. So once they refer you to MEB you can see the referred conditions and then look up how the VA rates them and compare your symptoms with the VA ratings for those unfitting symptoms. That should give you an idea of your ratings.

One of my doc told me to deny surgeries as well. Any idea how this would impact anything

Also does it matter what condition my MEB is initiated with? I've heard that getting referred with TBI is better than ankles

Ideally you want the referral to be ALL the conditions that cause you do not be able to do your job. There is no rule on how many. My wife was referred with 2 conditions and had a 3rd condition added at the NARSUM stage. Different conditions have different max ratings so it does make a big difference. If you get referred for ankles you have very little chance of getting a 30% or higher rating to be medically retired.

Also, once in IDES you can't have surgeries unless they are an emergency.
