Waiting for va

Hello, I was informed I was found unfit Oct 23. I have been told that my case is waiting for findings from the VA. Does anyone know how long this process might take and if there are any options to expedite things? I received a job offer and have a potential start date of January 3rd. I just want to make sure I can commit to my new job hopefully with no hick ups.

More than likely it will take longer than January 3rd because of the holidays and recieving a new EAS
