I was just needing to ask some questions based off of these results from my C&P exam...
So does the VA rater go primarily off of section 3A for the ratings? Also if I had one symptom from the 100% category will they lean towards the 100% rating based off of other information on the DBQ aswell as the symptom thats checked from the 100% rating? Or will they just go with the 3A selection?
I am assuming this is going to be 70% for this DBQ just from 3a alone, but just wanted some clarification. They say you don't have to meet every symptom from the rating criteria to be rated for the next higher spot, but would just 1 or 2 justify a higher rating?
I appreciate the help and I am currently 35 days since PEB was accepted in my process (USMC)
