Hello everyone.

To me this has been a long process, but I suppose the bird's eye view it actually ran fairly smoothly though the gap between the case being forwarded to the PEB and receiving results was killing me and hit the exact 60 days that my PEBLO gave me as an estimate. For clarity, my only unfitting condition was for bilateral shortness of breath (asthma).

Apr 11 - P3 profile submitted
Apr 26 - PEBLO assigned
May 2 - P3 profile approved
May 3 - MSC assigned
May 11 - VA appointments scheduled
May 12 - First VA appointment
Jun 5 - Last VA appointment
Jun 15 - NARSUM received and signed
Jun 16 - Case forwarded to PEB
Jul 19 - VA case closed ***I tried multiple times to get my proposed ratings, but my experience was that the VA held strong on not giving me my ratings.
Aug 15 - PEB results received (Unfit - PDRL 30 DOD / 90 VA)
Aug 22 - Scheduled date for legal review

Will keep you guys informed as I finish up the process.
 
how did you know the case closed? did you get an email or did you just check periodically?
how many claims did you have as well? your timeline is moving alot quicker.

I just checked in periodically. I never saw the claims processing at VA.gov, but when it was done I could see it.

I can't recall how many claims I had but it was a lot of small things that wouldn't take long to assess. Most of the big delays I've seen are at the local level, but Ft. Bliss apparently is very well run compared to other installations.

I just appealed my case yesterday. How long did it take from when you submitted an appeal to when they got back to you with an FPEB date?
 
Can you provide an update? At Bliss and received P3 for asthma as well. Currently pending second signature on profile.
