Does anyone have any idea how close I am to getting out? I need to start my transition plan, but my unit won't take away any of my responsibilities until I get my findings.

Just to put it into prospective. My VA claim closed July 18th and I still haven’t gotten back my findings. Someone on the forums had her VA case closed on JULY 14th and got her findings yesterday. I am at 7.5 weeks since case closed. Waiting game ain’t over but your towards the end.

I emailed my PEBLO last week. He responded back, saying it'll probably be another 2 months before I get my findings.
 
I got in contact with my lawyer today. He told me, I was found unfit on 9/20 with 100% VA. He doesn't know my DOD percentage yet, but maybe I'll get everything in November.

Yes, it definitely sucks, but you're def stuck in a back log. If they already found out your VA rating I'm gonna guess your case is with the PEB. You can try calling this number (571-442-0592). They do that a while to answer so call frequently throughout the day. Also congratulations on your 100%!
 
My VA claim closed the same day. I'm going to call the PEB for the first time on Monday and see if I can get any kind of information. My PEBLO said "Before Thanksgiving" but that's 3 months since closed.

Every time I think to call, it's too late in the day. My command has me prepping for inspections and giving classes for annual training. The fact that keep piling on work, when I'm so close to leaving is crazy. I hope it's before Halloween, and not Thanksgiving.

My new EAS is Jan 15, 2024. It my terminal is approved, my last day will be Dec 1

I'm currently waiting on my VA Claim to be approve so I can close on a house. Does anyone have an idea when I can expect that? My living conditions are super shitty right now.

So you were at the PEB Phase for two months. What was your original EAS date?
