Timeline and questions

Hello all. Referred to med board sometime last year. Wanted to share my timelines as nothing has been shared in a bit.

Signed narsum back in Feb/March
Notified PSC received it in mid-March
Ombudsman said a "decision was made" in mid-July but it requires department head signature before I am informed.
Currently end of August and no movement from the department head who just needs to sign a sheet of paper.

Pretty frustrated/angry that it's been taking so long, still haven't heard a decision. Just wanna get on with life regardless of outcome.

Ombudsman said it's in "Phase I Review" with the department head, which I suppose means they look at it for completeness before giving the nod that it's good to go/fully adjudicated? If anyone has amplifying information, please let me know.

If anyone has experience moving things along, please let me know.
