Anyone with similar timelines?

My PEB was accepted for action on July 26th. The PEB has already voted on my case but they're waiting on my VA claim to close

wow that's fast are you Navy? My PEBLO told me it would take 3-4 months to hear somethiing back.

Submitted to PEB 11JULY. Same update: PEB voted and sent to the VA on 13Aug waiting on ratings

I’m USMC but it’s the same PEB. That’s the timeline all Peblo’s give

I think we spoke on my thread but i have almost the same exact timeline as you
Submitted to the PEB July 18th accepted the 22nd Decision made August 12th - In QA phase august 14th and been with the VA for a rating since the decision. Just waiting on that, this is the worst part of the process so far honestly.

I agree man cause at least I can call Jeff and he'll tell me what's up but the VA has just been "deciding" for like 2 months

Anybody hear anything yet? I spoke with Jeff and he said they are waiting on my ratings from the VA & that the VA is taking longer because they changed some law and had to backlog a lot of cases. Hoping we aren’t apart of those

Jesus man I hope there’s no backlog. It seems like it takes longer for navy than marines even tho we have the same PEB

I just got ahold of Jeff and he said the same thing. 887 current cases and DES isn’t the priority. And that the new law is causing them to backlog because the VA cant work on our cases until everything with the new law is in effect.

The VA told me last night that my case is “Ready for Decision”

Thats some bs.

Yea. Jeff said the same to me yesterday, I’m not too sure on how much that affects us I feel like a lot more people would be complaining or it would be taking them months since the law changed back in March. Idk my peblo finally responded and sent me this, hopefully we all actually hear something within the next 3 weeks this time.

I apologize, it looks like I missed a couple of your emails.
Unfortunately, I don't have any real updates for you. The latest report
(26Aug2024) shows that the PEB has requested your ratings from the VA. The PEB
has had your case for 41 days and I am receiving most findings between 55 and
65 days.

Sweet. Well I’ll let y’all know cause today was day 50 at the PEB for me

Did you hear back on your VA claim being closed yet? If so how many days was it in “ready for decision” I ask because they told me the same yesterday but not finding much on what that means.

My claim still shows nothing in the app and website. But I actually just got a call from my MSC (first time speaking on the phone) and he said my proposed ratings came back yesterday! I called the VA to ask for them but they said to try Monday because the benefits letter isn’t inputted yet. Still waiting on fitness determination from PEB but they have it for action. PEBLO said next week maybe week after for findings.

I was in decision phase for about 50 days.
