VES called me on a Thursday to let me know they had to reschedule one of my appointments. The following Monday (so about 4 days later), I received another call with the new appointment date/time. If it's been 2 weeks, I'd recommend giving them a call.
They can be hard to deal with they did the same for me for hearing. Scheduled me without asking then a few days before the appointment canceled it and rescheduled it and then 24 hrs later canceled and rescheduled it again.
