There are a couple factors that go into it: will the condition improve within a year? How long have you had this condition? Only your PCM can really get you an answer for it. Some member's records trigger an AMRO but it doesn't go anywhere long-term.
Its not an automatic, if it isn't interfering with your job. Especially on the Air Force Guard side. I've had it three years and its only affected performance (working out and job) for the past year. Medical seems to not want to touch it still.
