Active duty Army going through DES pilot program. Heres my timeline so far.

Jan 2010- P3 issued
July 2010- Transferred into WTU
Sept-Oct 2010- MEB physical, Range of motion apts, Psych addendum
Dec 2010- NARSUM
Jan-Feb 2011- VA C&P
05APR2011- IPEB packet received in San Antonio
21APR2011- IPEB packet received in Washington
14JUN2011-IPEB packet back to San Antonio
22JUN2011-Results in. 60% TDRL 70% VA
10AUG2011- Orders in hand, I started clearing the next day then started my leave.

Are you happy with the results? I am new here, why did it go from SA to WA? Also when they send it off are you able to track it the whole time?
 
The VA will ALWAYS low ball you the first time around. I have a civilian lawyer that will refile my claim when I'm out. She believes my injuries should be 100%. From my understanding SA is where they decide if you are fit or unfit and WA is where the VA rates you. I was able to somewhat track where my packet was under AKO my MEB/PEB and through my PEBLO. It is a huge waiting game. I was told 7-10 days to get orders after I concurred with my findings....I've been waiting on my orders for going on 6 weeks now. They are "backed up".
 
I received my orders 10Aug2011. I started clearing the next day. I was calling my PEBLO every 2-3 days checking up on what was going on with the orders. Good luck with everything I hope you hear something soon.
 
It have been waiting on my orders for six weeks my self, I hope I receive them soon. I also heard that DC is backed up cutting orders. It has been a loooong wait.
