Sorry that no one is updating your case. I kept bugging the VA on the phone until i found out what evidence they needed on my case and I just walked to my VA counselor and handed to her. Keep bugging them on the phone at least once a week. I wish you luck

I already did that but they can not find anything.
It is much more effective to go to a VSO (DAV, AL, VFW, State VSO...) once. Sign a power of attorney to them, and within a couple of days, you can get anything that the VA has produced on you. If you call them once every other week (or so), you can get real information out of the VA's system. Don't expect any changes within the system after the "proposed ratings" is produced until your ETS. The service is free, and many of the VSOs are manned by volunteers that can help you.
E-Benifits is a good idea, not powered by a brain cell.
The VA's policy is not to talk about "proposed ratings" or anything under that isn't "final." The "proposed ratings" become final after you ETS and become a Veteran.
VSOs have access to everything within the VA's system.
I agree with eagle one. You should follow as he said. In my case, i called the VA and request my proposed rating to be mailed to me and they did send it. I am at ft bragg and va is at auburn too. Below is my time line

october 5th received my proposed ratings on the mail( PEBLO and VA counselor don't have a clue)

1800 827 1000. I called everyday for 10 days, after being on hold for an hour the line just drop dead until the tenth time when I could actually speak to a human. You can also check the link below it took them 2 weeks to respond but they also mailed me my rating

Ok so maybe someone can clear this up for me and my husband(he's going through the MEB/PEB) we were told that the 199 was sent in for typing on the 10th, So what kind of time line are we looking at? he has been going through this for almost 2 years now. We just got informed he will be getting 80% VA and 10% army.
mine took 24 days
OK so call me slow what happens next? the 199 gets typed then what. Our plan is to DITY move to GA where he is from. Any advise as to what we/I should be doing?

I have already forwarded that to my husband! I guess what I'm looking for is a time line from oct 10 ("typing") to getting out. Does anyone have an idea when we will be OUT driving to Georgia!
I would say 60-90 days. Do some of the things in my signature area where it has: What happens after you sign the 199? Try to get a bunch of that done early and you will clear/finich faster.
I'm such a planner and it kinda suck this "hurry up and wait" game. I have a full time job and kinda want to figure out when to put my notice in. Want to set up appointments to look at houses in Georgia. Really I want some more control on the direction of my life. Now I knew what I was getting into when I married into the militay. But enough is enough!

I've called this number over 20 times in 2 months at all hours of the day and it always says they are not available and to call back at a later time.
just keep trying, I tried 3 times and i was able to get a call back from them. On the menu option choose the one that where you change your banking info instead of claim status, then if no one picks up the system will give you the option of a VA couselor will call you back.
