Anxiety Disorder not a boardable condition?

Today I got my complete medical records I requested a month ago. Moving forward my plan is to seek MH care via skype outside the military somehow. Already asked for a referral through tricare and was shut down since there is mental health available on base... I'm also going to start writing notes about my sessions and condition in a journal-ish document. Think I'll take it to legal and have it notarized every week or so.

I so feel your pain!!! No one gets it except for other people with anxiety and depression. I hope it all worked out for you in the end...
 
Are you reporting the nightmares and fear of crowds, driving, and open spaces, and avoidance? Or do you have those things?

Yeah - Based off my discussion with the MH professionals I've spoken to I feel like I'm kinda half in the Anxiety Disorder category and half in the PTSD category. We'll see how they rate it!
