1 Feb unfit memo forwarded to VA
Now still waiting.............

I couldn't agree more. That's why I'll prolly just accept 199 and get out from there.nmy body is completely intact, so I can still do what ever, Next to being deaf. Not going to waste a second when I get out. Gotta live life to the fullest!

Mine went from gathering of evidence to pending decision. Then it was completed in historical claims. Then another claim was open and it is currently waiting separation documents.
 
Oh, was just asking because mine has been reviewing evidence for months and I was found unfit on 1 feb
 
Mine was at gathering of evidence since nov 12 until march 28

the most good its going to do you is when it says "request separation documents" mine went from review of evidence to gathering of evidence with a request for separation documents.

Oh I know I got lucky! What I mean that I feel his pain is that my MEB was said to start in July 2012... Someone sat on it from july through November lol.... Oh how I love " the great place" not comparing my situation tho. I feel very lucky that mine has gone so quick.
