Appeal is Possible Decision Notification Sent

I checked my ebenefits this morning and that is the status now. What does this mean? Do I call my PEBLO? Does this mean my ratings are done?

Who does the VA send the decision notification to? PEBLO, VA MSC, me, PEB?

The VA will mail proposed ratings to your home address. VA will also update your case electronically; thus, notifying PEB and your PEBLO and MSC.

Thanks for the response. I will try to get them from my PEBLO. Hopefully that will be faster than the letter in the mail version.

Well, your PEBLO probably won't give you ratings until the 199 comes back from the PEB...but you can definitely find out from your PEBLO if ratings are complete and the PEB has them. The 199 is usually generated by the PEB within a few weeks of ratings being completed.

She just sent me the following statement:
Your official ratings have not been released to us on a DA 199 yet. The VA did submit your ratings to the PEB yesterday, but the PEB still needs time to compile your packet. It doesn’t work that fast. There is no telling how long it will be before we get your 199 from the PEB, but I will notify you as soon as we do.

How did you find out it was being typed up? I had my ratings proposed and sent back to AFPC on 22 May 13. Still waiting...
