Thanks for the reply. I'm not seeing the VA for therapy, rather via tricare/outside provider. Maybe I should transition to VA therapy or get copies when asked during reassessment...
I'm currently on TDLR. I have an upcoming reassessment for one of my conditions with/for the DOD in a couple of months but I'll be out of country. Is there someone I can contact to notify and see if I can do the assessment earlier or later than the expected month noted in my 199?

Recently retired Army (MEB/20+ yrs). I'm 90%DOD(TDRL)/100%VA(P&T). I noticed my military retiree pension pay is equal to 75% of my base pay and not my longevity (50%+). Is this a temporary increase in pay because I'm TDRL or is my military pension going to be permanently calculated as a result...
I submitted for a VARR on 21 Apr, didn't agree with ratings/results. I provided new and relevant documents. VA claims closed 29 Apr. On 25 May, PEB results came back favorable. I'm waiting on RSO for orders, should have them today!
I'm at FGGA too.
Ratings closed on VA.gov: 02 Mar 23
PEBLO notified me of PEB results: 03 Apr 23
The VA health representative in that IDES building was able to tell me I was 100% with the VA on 27 Mar 23.
Thanks. I went through the forum and found a great discussion on this topic titled "Is my military disability retirement taxable?" By OP rjham.
This was a post from 2018 but still very much relevant today.
Thanks for the reply. That's correct I'll have 20+ years of service when I separate. To clarify, the image I attached does or doesn't indicate my time-in-service, rather as you stated it's used for CRSC? If not, I will have to wait for my disability retirement orders to verify my TIS.
Does anyone know what this portion of the Physical Disability Information Report means? Is it used for calculating military pension?
Edit- Also don't know what the following information means
SPD Code: SEA1
Retirement type and allotment code: 6
SECLAW Retirement grade: 1372
SECLAW Other...
I'm 70%TDRL/100%VA(Not P&T). If possible, how soon after separation do I have to wait for P&T or can I request P&T with the VA? I hope I am not at the mercy of waiting for a re-exam by the VA. In my situation, all other conditions (94%) are static except my mental health (50%). I understand I'll...
