I was going through old threads and saw some people recommending to fill out and send in a VA form 26-8937 for verification of benefits. Could be something to try. I’m gonna talk to my loan officer and see if that’d help.

Let me know how this goes. I’m in the same situation but haven’t been able to get a hold of my MSC. I was preapproved with just proposed ratings, but cannot actually close on a home til my COE/awards letter are updated.

Can you clarify what you mean by “does that rating occur”? And you’re sure the letter is for your DoD Ratings and not the VA?

19 April: Received my 199 today: 40% for fibromyalgia, permanent disability retirement. I was honestly only expecting 20% for the fibro so am very pleasantly surprised.

Congrats! Are you gonna appeal the 20% to try to get above 30, or just stick with it?
