Thats great news for you. I was told I wont be getting any ratings from.the DOD because theres no specific LOD for my condition. So the only thing im going through right now is the PEB to decide whether im fit/unfit to continue service. I have a VA rating for my condition but that was through me...
Any updates on this. Im going through my NDR-PEB now in the national guard. My election documents say the NDR peb will have 4 results.
1. Return to Duty
2.unfit discharge
3. Unfit with 15 year retirement
4. Unfit 20 year retirement
Thats amazing good for you. I was emailed back from medcom. Thet stated im not in the MEB Process because I do not have an LOD. I am in the Non Duty Related PEB to determine fit or unfit process and Im waiting on my 199 to come back with that decision.
I am Army National Guard. I submitted a VA Claim before I knew I was being med boarded. Im wondering if they have access to my VA Records and Ratings. Do you still recieve a 199 if you're found fit and returned to duty, or is the 199 just for unfit?
Where do you get that information from? I submitted my PEB documents in August. Medcom states they are waiting on my 199 but when i called the VA they were not tracking me going through a med board or needing to turn in any documents. I have not heard from anyone about my med board since August...
Were you able to get your proposed DOD Rating? Im going through one right now for AS. Just curious what I have to look forward to fighting if i need to. I planned on staying in. I have 4 years left until retirement and now being med boarded for AS and the use of Enbrel.
Im curious what the DOD Rating for Ankylosing Spondylitis is. I justbstarted the process and trying to get some answers. I have 15 years in being medboarded my Enbrel use for Ankylosing Spondylitis
