So I signed my 199 on 9 Feb. She told me I will need to do my DA 31 for Terminal leave, as well as get a counseling by my commander. Will I need both of these items complete before I can get orders? I know I'll need the DA 31 in order to get clearing papers, but not sure about the orders part...

Hello wondering about the Transpoc thing. I just signed my 199 yesterday but I’m not even sure what this transpoc thing is but I see everyone talking about it to get their orders. Is it the same thing as MPD ( it’s the place here in Germany that gave me my in processing paperwork a few years ago.)
