UPDATE:
25 June 2021: Received big brown envelope w/retirement orders, certificate, and DD 214 amendments (original and sheet listing amendments...original not changed)
Attached was a list of things to do and advice to contact an RSO to process forms I have to submit to DFAS.
What a process...
Hey, out of curiosity, how long after your PDBR approval did you get new orders/DD 214?
I got my letter stating I was granted medical retirement at the end of Feb '21 but nothing since. Not sure if/who I should contact to get the ball rolling.
Thanks, Crowley
Hodge, It lists results of other PDBR cases. When you apply they assign a case # to your review. If/when you email them to check case status they will generally include this # for you to have as a reference of your review.

I don't know either. I have yet to receive any other information regarding next steps. From what I understand they have to have DD 214 updated and then send orders for DEERS and ID's? Who knows. More waiting it seems.

Lol. I don't know either. All I know is I'm the original poster! I have no idea about the other two comments! Thank you for your input!
Thank you, Keebs.
I have all of my records from the original review. Is that what I would need to send in? Or is that something they would have on file? I guess it wouldn't hurt to send it in though. Either way I think I'll get the process started. Like you said I have nothing to lose.
Also, is...
Hello everyone. Wondering if I should even bother with PDBR review based on my situation. During the PEB in 2004 I was found unfit based on "Chronic uncomplicated nonradicular low back pain"- given 10% and "chronic bilateral hip pain-given 0%, med boarded in June 2004. The VA rated those same...
