I am a SGT in the army and I just made the list for E6. will I get promoted as an E6 on the 1st? Im also on the TDRL list about to transition out of the army.

I have two different BH offices I went to see.. one is the main one and the other was where I received my last diagnosis.. my question is do I go back to the main one and ask for my Nurse case manager to revise my profile since I have a new diagnosis?
