    Recieved DA 199 today, need advice.

    I was given the exact same findings, and I consulted a PEB lawyer about adding one of my VA % to the unfitting, and she advised against it so I opted for the VA reconsideration. Every case is different though so I definitely recommend you consult with a legal expert who can give you honest advice.

    I called my Peblo and she confirmed I am unfit, but she says she doesn't have my ratings. The Dashboard says they were finished 25 Nov so.... I think she is just waiting until she received the DoD ratings from the PEB before she gives me any information

    System still down?

    Honestly for most of us, I think the waiting and unknowns are the worst things about this entire process. Nothing can be planned for the future then when you finally get your answers, you get 90 days to figure it all out.

    Some have stated on here that they have gotten their 199s this week so I am assuming it must be good to go. I am still waiting, not so patiently.
