For sure, I assume I'll be out by like mid January (meaning I'd start ptad to get a house in cali while I'm stationed at camp lejune) if I sign my ratings this week.

If I were to sign my findings this week do any of you think I will be able to get my EAS changed before the holidays... and if so what effect will me taking all my leave (21 days) next week for the holidays have on when my eas should be?

Call the VA and make sure they have your address right and if they don't they should be able to change it and send it to the right address, either way if it's right or wrong have them resend it
