What about these two? There is a possibility that the VA hasn't uploaded your files yet which could be the reason why you aren't able to download anything. Also, you have to have a premium account in order to download your files.

There wasn't an option for you to do it online? I just upgraded my account yesterday and it let me digitally sign it.

Initially you will use your CAC to set up the account I believe.

I am not 100% sure on this but it could very well be because your old C&P exams are over a yr old. Your conditions may have gotten worse or better and in order for them to accurately rate you, they would need a more recent exam.

Your VA effective date is correct as 1 May, I retired from the Army on 28 Feb 14 with a VA effective date of 1 April 14 (30 days after retirement). You're welcome!

In order to receive VA pay you have to be separated (retirement date) from the military for 30days, so yes you are correct. DFAS will pay you the higher of the two (DoD or VA) I may be wrong, and I'm sure someone will correct me if I am, I believe your first payment from the VA should have...

^^^This is exactly what I told those who asked me that question. In the end, it does not benefit you nor your branch to continue military service if you are not mentally or physically capable to do so.

Have you gotten your NARSUM back yet? You will not see anything on benefits until your completed MEB packet is forwarded to the PEB who then decides if you have an unfitting condition. Once they have decided you have an unfitting condition, they will forward your packet to the VA for ratings...
