    Confused on pay. Being overpayed?

Checked bank accounts, once again I received my full medical retirement pay (70% base pay) and my full VA pay 100% rating. I am going to call again on monday, but both sides keep telling me its ok, I get them both. But that can not possibly be right based on everything I have ever read. So...

    Update: What my outcome was.

I got my outcome after the FPEB as TDRL 70% rating, all combat related for ptsd. I was happy about it but frustrated that I was made to take TDRL instead of permanent because it is ptsd I must have at least 1 review before it is permanent by regulation. The meeting went well, I explained my...

    Confused on pay. Being overpayed?

I am receiving 100% va compensation. I recently started receiving my military retired pay for tdrl. According to the both the people I called from army, and the VA I am entitled to both. WHAT? really? It is combat related but not a reduced amount like I thought crsc was supposed to be...

Update on the Sabo Case...Army ignores the law

Sounds to me like the people in charge need to be charged with article 92 and article 84 of UCMJ. Article 92 is Failure to obey order or regulation, and Article 84 Illegal seperations. --- Both fall under USC title 10 > subtitle A > Part II > Chapter 61 > 1210 --- Essentially the army or a IG...

They are swamped. But even if they where not, you do not have a specific attorney assigned to you until 2-3 days before your board. given scheduling there is not gaurantee you will be able to have enough time to familiarize that lawyer with your case. I have given up on it and am going to pay...

very new with questions for help!

Sweetmtn --- The army is not attempting to remove your soldier due to his depressive disorder. It sounds like they are attempting to remove him because of his documented drinking problem. What you need is a copy of the ADMIN seperation form your soldier did not sign. That form should have the...

    Is this a game

Casey --- I know a ton of soldiers who have gone through this process I don't know anyone who ever thought they got a fair deal. Yes they make MASSIVE mistakes and flat ignore regulations. I recomnend you appeal. Because a 20% rating is NOTHING. You do not get retirement, you do not get...

Army has never awarded 100% rating for PTSD???

I asked several PEBLO's and attorneys at the office of soldiers council if to their knowledge any soldier has been awarded a 100% rating for PTSD and only PTSD. To their knowledge no one ever has. Does anyone have any knowledge of a soldier being awarded 100% disability for just PTSD.
