I finally have orders in hand, my final out is November 17th 2009 now if the ID card station here in london, ky can figure out how to issue an ID card for people placed on TDRL I will be flying.

Not sure if this is the information that you wanted but here goes. you can appeal any decission that the PEB returns but for you to recieve a severance of any kind you would have to recieve a rating below 30% IE 20..10% I can tell you that it will be hard for them to rate your bipolar as stable...

yes, it took aprox. 1 month to hear back from the PEB. It has been signed and forwarded to the PDA now 10/06/2009 awaiting orders findings where 60% TDRL

I hope that you get the process sped up, I sucks to sit in limbo for so long. be sure to keep in touch with your PEBLO, contact him/her at least every two weeks to get a status. do not be disrespectful. just a simple hey i was checking in with you will do. Good luck
