We got the letter of release on Nov. 7th. He put in for leave either the 8th or 9th and because of the 4 day he didn't get his leave form back until first thing yesterday. He has 32 days of terminal leave, 20 days of PTDY. On the letter of release our final out day was 2 Feb. Because of the PTDY...

nwlivewire, I'm sorry I just now saw your reply. We are waiting on my husband's leave form to be returned. (He is taking terminal leave, pending approval). I will update as soon as he goes to transition appt. and gets his orders and such. Yes, we are happy with our results. :)

Letter of release is what they need to do the orders yes. The absolute final day for us is 2 Feb. 2012, although we could go sooner. I believe 90 days is how far out you can go.
