  • I need help. I had a surgical procedure a year ago that resulted in chronic pain and the need to be on chronic anticoagulation indefinitely. The chronic coags are costing me my military career. I’m currently undergoing a med board. I’ve sought legal advice, but the push back is that it may not be gross negligence. What about pain and suffering? What about what I’ve endured the past year? What about the demise of my career and subsequent retirement? Can anyone refer me to someone I can consult with? I’m in Phoenix, AZ.
I could really use some legal advice regarding a medical procedure that has lead to a permanent disability. If you know of anyone, please share their info. Thank you in advance.
The list keeps getting longer and longer. Today I was diagnosed with OSA requiring CPAP. A week ago, diagnosed with severe endometriosis requiring surgery. I already have Asthma controlled with an inhaled steroid and rescue inhaler, a blood clotting disorder on indefinite blood thinners, a very painful clot in my radial artery that has been persistent for 6 months. I’m in pain management with absolutely no response to treatment and on my 4th clinic. On very limited duty and miss work often and never work a full week due to all of my appointments. I’m on a medical hold pending reevaluation by the med board. What the heck are these people going to do for me or with me?????
