If youre less than 20 YOS then only thing you dont get is CRDP. Beyond that its full retirement benefits including TRICARE; in itself its worth its weight in gold despite having 100% VA.

If your military pension is higher than VA payment youll be paid VA first then the rest by DOD unless you qualify for CRDP. Typically youll pay income taxes on DOD payment. At least is how I get paid.

VA reevaluated my PTSD about 9 months in. Got decision at 12 months post TDRL.... reached out to the TDRL office with VA paperwork and they started DOD reeval... 4 months counting as it was sent to the board for decision. Reality is its a crapshoot. You can always bug DOD if you have updated...

Sounds like it. Id ask for a copy of the package that was sent up to review whether IMR and your rebuttal made it there. You can also reach out to disability counsel who can help you do that.
