    UPDATE: I received my info back and I am medically retired (40% DoD). 20% for my lower spine and 20% for my neck and that came to the 40%! I am so grateful and appreciative of everyone in here and the whole point of the forum in the first place. Excellent info and ppl on this site.

    about to hit 6 years. I don’t know my exact degree of flexibility but during the exams any bending or twisting I couldn’t do.
