AD navy on medboard for Ankylosing spondylitis

Good morning all, as the title says I’m active duty navy on med board. I already did all my VA exams and am about to send my papers to Washington for review. I was on Humira but didn’t really work so I’m on cosentyx now. My main question would be has anyone gone through this process and has any advice and what was your VA/DoD rating? I’m mainly worried about my medication not being paid for when I get my findings back. Even with meds my pain can still reach 10/10 some days, it’s just random. Any information would be great! Thank you in advance.
I also pasted some of my X-ray findings below.


Syndesmophyte formation L3-L4, L4-L5 Sclerotic appearance of the SI joints bilaterally with possible Romanus lesions at T11, T12, L1, L2 and L3. Possible ankylosis of the facets L3-L4 through L5-S1.

I also got an MRI not long ago and my sacroiliac joint is fused on the left side of my hip.
 
A percentage would largely depend on your residual flexibility. How many years have you been on AD?
 
about to hit 6 years. I don’t know my exact degree of flexibility but during the exams any bending or twisting I couldn’t do.

UPDATE: I received my info back and I am medically retired (40% DoD). 20% for my lower spine and 20% for my neck and that came to the 40%! I am so grateful and appreciative of everyone in here and the whole point of the forum in the first place. Excellent info and ppl on this site.
