Finally received my findings from the PEB in what has seemed like a forever process. The VA finalized my ratings on July 18th and the PEB received them on July 22nd. My findings came in late last Friday, which means the Post-VA process took around 60 days. I was found fit for my Left ankle...
It's not just me that has this type of timeline. The USMC and Navy post VA is extremely backed up for some reason and is taking for ever to push out ratings.
From what I've seen, the Air Force and Army are much faster in this process than the Navy and Marine Corps. For instance, the VA received my package June 29th, my claim went historical July 18th, and I have yet to receive ratings. The Army and AF seem to turn around in a matter of days post...
So later on yesterday my claim finally went Historical... I contacted the VA over the phone and they told me that they could not tell me my ratings and that they had not even sent out a decision letter to my home. I then emailed my Peblo and I received a response this morning and he kindly...

Did you see an update on Ebenefits that said "Development letter sent"? Because that's the update that I'm seeing now and I'm thinking that I'm going to be receiving a similar packet here soon...
My first claim on Ebenies just changed to "Preparation for Decision" and the QTC exams that were submitted are now "Accepted". I'm going to assume that means that someone at the VA is working on my stuff now...?
I call once a week to try and contact my PEBLO and really get no answers. I think I've gathered that the VA process will take about a month, but I guess my question is for what happens after that. So they send their ratings back to the DoD to the unfitting conditions, but why would that take...
Finally, my ebenies updated and had a second claim on June 29th that initially was "Under Review". Within a few hours the second claim's status went to "Preparation for Decision" with an estimated completion date of 8/14/16 - 8/23/16. When I spoke with my MedBoard office (I would say PEBLO but...
