Hi rreed454. I tried to respond to you earlier this morning but i dont know if you recieved my response. Either way thank you for for the helpfull information and the hope that you have given my family and i that maybe we might come out of this horible situation on top. Any specifics that you can give me on how to prove to the board that i have the restrictions that are necessary to meet the 40% criteria? What exactly will happen when i go to my formal board? Did you retain your own legal counsel or did you use counsel that was appointed to you? I am open to any and all dialogue.
