Interesting the way it was explained to me is that it was indeed an IPEB reconsideration. @johnbgately on my returned DA 199, under section I, in the final block, the box that is checked is - Reconsideration # 1. I can see that Administrative correction is an option, however it is not selected.

Do Has the leave form changed since then? Would I now select combination leave and “terminal leave” for type of leave?
