VA claim not filed by me

This happened to me as well. The day after I hit 6 months post-separation, it popped up for my PTSD (RFE). Not sure if it is the same one for you. Apparently they have to do that one by law, even though I am 100% P&T. Would be nice to know if this is the process for all future exams though.

Just reaching out to folks in here to see if I am going to have an issue qualifying for VR&E with a 100% rated MH condition. The box for total occupational and social impairment is checked. Is this an immediate disqualification if I want to go back to school to qualify for something in the...

TERA Question regarding 10 USC 1405 vs 10 USC 12733

Good morning, I was reviewing my TDRL order and I never noticed the 10 USC 12733 being over 15 years. Is this able to be used to apply/qualify for TERA? Figure it is a long shot, but I appreciate your help in answering this. The following is a snippet from the top portion of my TDRL order...

CRSC Estimate Request for a CH61 retiree

Provis, This is really good advice and I did look into this before I got out. Unfortunately, I am practically uninsurable due to chronic heart failure. Too many people just take the SBP without researching, and it really is pricey.

CRSC Estimate Request for a CH61 retiree

    Just trying to see if I did this correctly. Factors: --7650 H-3 --14 yrs mo = 14 --14 x 2.5% = 35% --7650 x 0.35 = $ 2677 longevity portion of retirement --7650 x 75% = 5737.5 ret pay--$4781.16 waived via VA offset (SMC-S/K) --100% VA w/spouse & 2 c = $4781.16 --CRSC (estimated) 60% =...

    Post-Discharge Timeline

I just checked the app and it says “We are prepping your ratings decision packet to be mailed.” Still doesn’t show the percentage or copy of the letter they are mailing.

    Post-Discharge Timeline

I was retired at 100% (DoD only pays ups to 75% though) and VA P&T.
