I know at the beginning of the fiscal year we will do that, but since this has already been paid do we just do it additional to next years future drill dates?
My husband was just awarded 40% for mental and wrist. He is still in the la national guard, in August he was on state orders for the flood for a few weeks. I know that you have to waive either va pay or drill pay because you can't be paid both. But state orders aren't federal pay so would he...
His claim is complete. 10% for wrist and 30% with ptsd. We're so thankful for that! Ready to get treatment started! And Louisiana va has impressed us so much. This went so smoothly and quickly. He originally filed 6/22 had his c&p's 10/14 and 10/24.
Um... well it's called the va c&p clinic. It's part of the va but a different location specifically for c&p's. We had great experiences with both his appointments there. Got him back as soon as we walked it. I'm really not sure exactly what it's called, still fairly new to al of this.
We're on my health vet. Doesn't show anything from c&p. Also status of the claim changed Friday to pending decision approval. With estimated completion 10/30-11/01. Just hate not knowing. He wants treatment asap.
Hi, new here sorry if I'm not doing this right. My husband is national guard, still in. He filed for compensation and we are pending decision approval. Just curious if it was tougher to get since you're still in the guard?
