    Waiting for approval

I jumped back in here to see if I have a problem with my CRSC application. Emailed packet beginning of July, and I have heard nothing since. I was denied the first attempt because DFAS didn’t have my VA pay waiver. Seems like I might have a hangup!

    Another CRSC question

I’m NG, but I have over 8 years active with deployments etc. Around 3200 points.

    Another CRSC question

I finally received my 199. 100% VA and DOD One condition is 100% combat DOD capped at 75%. $4000 VA with SMC. $4600 Am I correct in understanding I should redeive 100% of my offset ($4000) with CRSC approval?

IDES process and existing/established VA ratings

Not trying to hijack this discussion, but what happens with a TDRL re exam for a condition that the VA rated as permanent and total? I’m getting ready to sign my PEB findings, and I don’t know if I should try to fight for PDRL. The way I read it, the PEB will not give PDRL for MH conditions. I...

Army Reserve CAIN Camp Atterbury Timeline

Your service profile and conditions are very similar to mine. (CAIN) Given your timeline, I really feel there is something not happening as it should with my case. My exams were completed OCT 2023. Last contacted PEBLO a week ago to inform him of upcoming treatment. Was told I couldn't...

Drilling Reservist with VA 100%P&T, possible MEB

I'm not sure on the AD part. My state did not want to do the paperwork necessary to add multiple referred conditions. Unfortunately, I only learned of this after I was referred. I have been told and read that only the referred condition would be considered for fitness, but also that any...

Drilling Reservist with VA 100%P&T, possible MEB

Your PCM will only refer you for conditions that may be unfitting, usually a condition that causes a P3 profile. You do not list these referred conditions. Once you are referred, you will be contacted by a VA MSC who will help you complete a VA Form 21-526EZ (Application For Disability...

Was just told it will be 1-2 months to be assigned a PEBLO.

I'm happy to hear your case finally made some progress. I'm just baffled at the disparities in timelines and cases. I'm fully aware of the differences in complexity and factors of documentation in different cases, but with very clear medical records, LOD's, and a formal system with regulation...

How do I get all conditions listed that I maybe found unfit for?

I'm fairly certain the referred conditions for a MEB will only be the ones of which you have a P3 for. I requested a profile from my MTF for side effects of medication that I was taking for a condition that I was told they were going to MEB me for. When my MEB referral was finally sent up, all...

Was just told it will be 1-2 months to be assigned a PEBLO.

I wanted to check back on this discussion to see if there has been any updates or progress in your cases. I was told that my NARSUM was being completed in early January, VA had my claims in October, but on Monday, my PEBLO basically said nothing has happened and they are going to add another...

    Reserves/Guard Timeline Question

My claims finally showed on the VA website in the evidence gathering, review and decision phase, and my IPPSA physical profile changed from MEB to PEB. Does this mean I was found unfit and not notified? I haven't heard from the PEBLO yet.

    Where am I?

I completed my exams October 2023. The latest information that I received regarding my case was on 6 March when the MSC stated "Your exams are being returned to the VA now. your case should be in the hands of the DOD by next week." My PEBLO replied on 1 April, when I asked where in the process...

    QRB during IDES

Does anyone have experience of undergoing a QRB while also undergoing IDES? I was told there is no regulation that prevents you from being non retained through a QRB while awaiting a med board outcome.

    MEBROC-CAIN MSC atterbury IN

I would not expect anything to happen in the timeframe stated in regulation. This whole system is severely broken; at least for Reserve/Guard SM. The PEBLOs and MSC mostly work from home and some keep really inconvenient hours, especially when working with SM from all around the country. I...
