Timeline June 3rd: informed of med board August 6th: entered into IDES August 12th: open claim on va.gov August 30th: C&P exams September 29th: signed NARSUM. Peblo says he sent up my package that day October 7th: closed claimed on va.gov received proposed ratings letter on ebenefits

If you’ve received a proposed rating, does that mean the PEB found you unfit/fit?

Has anyone’s else’s mental health QTC exam results matched or not matched their ratings? Like do they go strictly by the QTC exam or do they look at your records as well for ratings?
