    Hello, how did your MEB go? I don't have new ratings yet, but I can tell you what the Army gave me initially in 2022: 10%, and was initially denied ratings for comorbidities/residuals due to "not seeking treatment prior to MEB" and pyramiding rules. SpA seems to continue to be a tricky thing...

    Thank you. But my legal advice anded up changing after I showed them the post by LTC Parker concerning AS ratings. I am now being advised that it is in my best interest to restart the MEB process. The good news is that it may be simpler and may not (fingers crossed) even require a formal hearing.
