I had read somewhere that if you are hired for a federal job during the IDES process, they are required to hold that position for you until you ETS, is that correct? I can't seem to find any information on it.

Neurosurgeon decided against surgery. Degeneration at too many levels. Advised me to continue physical therapy, anti-inflammatory medication and pain management. Looking at multi-year recovery. PA started MEB process today.

Those are my thoughts as well. I've gotten to the point where surgery is the only option left, so I atleast need to give it a serious look. Still no MEB yet; it comes up in conversations with my PCM, but the conversations lead nowhere. In the meanwhile, I'm in pain 24/7. I'm heading to Wright...
