    Air Force Asthma MEB

What others stated is correct. My job was aircrew and was DQ'd from flight and they moved forward with separation. But it depends on your job, doctor statements and recommendations, medication requirements, and PFT results.

    CRSC backpay questions

As always, thanks for the quick reply Ron. Just to clarify, my service is Air Force. Paragraph 4 of the letter references the same, "4. CRSC is subject to the 6-year statute of limitations, 31 U.S.C., Section 3702(b). In order to receive the full retroactive ....". I will take your suggestion...

    CRSC backpay questions

Hi everyone. I just recieved my approval of CRSC (80%). The process was actually very quick and with information gathered here, easy to apply and provide information for. They even added a rating that I did not apply for based off of the documents that I sent. My question is that the effective...

ASTHMA just approved for gulf war presumptive.

Most likely that is what they meant, but not in a daily dosage and probably more in a burst treatment muktiple times per year. I could not get them to recognize daily prednisone at 100% even though really it should be based off of prior case decisions.

    CRSC Submittal documents

Hey everyone. I was active here a while back for my MEB and this is by far the best resource for information regarding anything in the Military Disability world. I have posted in a couple threads here gathering some info, but I figured I'd make my own post to track regarding my questions. I've...

Presumptive IBS crsc? and SSDI question

Hey there, I had a few questions for you. I am currently gathering information for CRSC submittal. I am pursuing my Asthma (60%) and potentially IBS (30%) as they are presumptive. What all did you provide with your application? I don't want to over- or under-do it with documents. Knowing that...

    Post Service Aggravation

Not sure if this is the correct forum here. One of my VA ratings is in lumbarsacral strain, or something along those lines (lower back pain and range of motion limitations). I am in the process of writing my documents to add mid-upper back condition as well as supply information for increase of...

Asthma and "high dose" corticosteroids definition

I used inhaled (symbicort) daily, as well as oral (prednisone) daily. I've had the burst treatments and the shots every time I have an ER visit. The best answer I've received is that having to take it everyday should classify, but that was just an opinion. Would make sense seeing the side...

Transfer of post 9/11 GI Bill to dependants

I'm going to post here since this is a recent topic and my question is related to the same subject, however I have a different issue. I applied for the Transfer of Education Benefits about a month ago and there has been a lot of back and forth of the requirements and digital signatures that did...
