Going through an MEB for lupus right now. Not sure about your other conditions, but lupus ratings are based on the severity of your illness and how much it impacts your daily life. You should look at 38 CFR Book C, Schedule for Ratings Disabilities VA.gov | Veterans Affairs

So I am about at the midpoint for the 2nd MEB. I've completed all my exams and am waiting for my NARSUM. I had 32 claims, 6 exams and VES took a month to turn everything around. Please keep your fingers crossed for me.
