You'll get orders from the pdra that have your final retirement date on them. Mine were a month after they cut them. You'll do retirement briefings, and out process with your unit (this includes OCIE turn in, Final OER/NCOER, final award if unit give you one, etc). You'll have to do your 2656...

@chaplaincharlie I got my NARSUM back and they added my back, right sciatica, and left sciatica to the medically unfit portion. Does the PEB usually follow the same things as the MEB does in this case, or is there a chance that the PEB wouldn't include the sciatica?
