I don't see a lot of activity on the NG side lately so I figured I would post my timeline in case someone is wanting up to date information.
First Signature on P3 Profile: 21December 2022 (was given a timeline of 6 months from here as I already have a VA rating.)

Second Signature on P3 Profile: 22 March 2023 (Told 6 months from here now.)

Given wrong documentation stating I was being separated for NDR: 17 April (Was told mistake was made at HSS and it would be 6 months from here because of the wrong paperwork being processed)

Commander given DA-7652: 18 April 2023
Commander Turned in DA-7652: 19 May 2023.

IDES Counseling Requested and Provided: 2 June 2023.

Packet Pushed to MEB (allegedly): 24 August 2023 (A lot of processing issues and just overall malaise on the State Medical side.)

PEBLO Reached out: 26 September 2023
First meeting with PEBLO: 26 September 2023
Scheduled VA Exams with QTC: 12 October 2023
Final VA Exam: 8 November 2023
DBQs uploaded to Tricare Online: 24 November 2023

NARSUM Provided: 20 December 2023 just before midnight (PEBLO went on leave the next day so I couldn't schedule an appointment.)
Met with provided lawyer: 28 December 2023 (said he anticipates 40% DoD)
Signed and turned in NARSUM: 28 December 2023
First contact with PEBLO since I received NARSUM: 2 January (responded to email that I was available to meet any time)
Next contact with PEBLO: 8 January (again responded that I was available to meet any time)
MEB rep contacted State for another LES and NCOER: 10 January (assume this is the PEB submission date)
Finally met with PEBLO: 10 January (Told 60 - 90 days from here)

Notified PEB Found UNFIT: 28 January (Told 60 - 90 days again. Seems like a canned timeline to me)
VA Claim closed and ratings available on site: 28 January (matches with the 40% that the lawyer said for the unfit conditions)
DA 199 Received: TBA
Retirement/separation date: TBA

Really hoping to get the 199 soon. Don't want to go to another drill.

Nothing to congratulate yet, haven't seen that >30% number officially. Starting to get impatient, based on this site it doesn't usually take this long after the va case is closed.

DA 199 Received: 15 February 40%DoD/90%VA (PEBLO signed it on 6 February, not sure what took an extra week to send it to me)
Signed and returned 199: 15 February
Orders from Army Physical Disability Agency: TBA
Retirement orders from state: TBA

Update:
Sent Email to PEBLO requesting orders status: 27 February
PEBLO responded that she had the APDA orders and would send them today: 28 February
Still haven't received orders (not sure what today means to other people I guess): 29 February

Update:
Received Retirement Orders from APDA: PDRL starting 24 March: 29 February
State Retirement Orders and Briefings: TBA

I'm actually in this same National Guard boat. I have my Formal Board next week and I'll get a final DA 199 soon after. I'm completely in the dark about what happens in the National Guard after your retirement orders are generated. Is the expectation you stay in until your unit/state gives you orders, or is it "Bye Felicia" on the day PDRL begins?

You'll get orders from the pdra that have your final retirement date on them. Mine were a month after they cut them. You'll do retirement briefings, and out process with your unit (this includes OCIE turn in, Final OER/NCOER, final award if unit give you one, etc). You'll have to do your 2656 and turn in your cac and govcc (if you have one). Then on your retirement date you can go in and get your id cards.

I think they'll probably want you to go to your last drill that month, but you probably have flexibility if you want since you already have orders.

I didn't receive a separate set of orders like I was told I would. They just used the ones APDA sent me for everything.
