Thanks you for the feedback I did receive 30% for cervical. I will appeal the lumbar.

I called the VA and asked if they could send me my "proposed ratings", state that you are in the IDES process. I received my proposed ratings in the mail three working days later. I would disregard the messages on the VA website.
