Received orders on 4MAR dated 10FEB. Call your PEBLOs bc they won't call you. I have a few days before my retirement date so jumping through hoops to be done in time.
So this is the last obstacle we need to clear right? Judging by the estimated time to completion I've seen others post using the army link (requires Gov network) this should take around 30 days...No?
When did you return your DA199? I'm in Texas for what it's worth.
Yeah I'm surprised given the VA seems to move quicker than the DoD side. I received my updated VA ratings in early December. Finally got my appointment with legal completed. Next stop is PEB. Curious if there is back pay from the VA and when that will come. Talk about a slow and painful process.
Sorry for the misfortune but glad to hear it's getting sorted and you have legal in your corner pushing this. I didn't know ratings needed to be final for NG. I'm supposed to hear from PEBLO soon so hopefully have the NARSUM. I'm definitely going to look for the legal POC given to me back in...
A lot of variables to consider when it comes to ballparking a timeline. From what i can tell, paperwork moving from QTC to VA could take a month or in my case a bit more. MSC to PEBLO maybe 2 weeks, and PEBLO to NARSUM i would tack on another 2 weeks. Holidays coming up so i would expect that to...
Gotcha. Appreciate the info and interested in hearing how it works out for you. Spoke with my PEBLO on 4Nov and he said to give him a week to get everything put together and sent to PEB. I've heard TX has an MTU but im still doing normal drills.
Mine took about 5 weeks to go from QTC to VA. I'd recommend calling once every week or so just to make sure they are staying on top of it. Easy to fall off the radar during this process.
Makes sense. My stuff just left QTC and hit the VA. Waiting for someone to reach out. I've debated skipping legal as well. Just ready for this process to be over with.
