Waiting... it's what we do!!!

Had fast trac MEB this year and it came back stating for me to stay in place,have surgery and be evaluated for 6 months with full MEB Nov '10 Background: Working the flightline, picked up a ladder felt a pinch in my shoulder. Hours later I felt my shoulder “subluxing” went to ER was put on quarters saw Orthopedics shortly after. Had a MRI which showed tear in my labrum and was sent to Physical Therapy . During therapy got worse and would not stay in socket and my pain increased. Surgery Nov of ’08 where there was a labrum repair and capsular shift done. Two years of PT later with my pain level still the same I have been sent to a civilian shoulder specialist who diagnosed me with Multi Directional Instability. Doctor says two options: 1 more PT, or another procedure which will decrease my range of motion . MEB s next month and I am waiting on TRICARE to grant MRI and consultation from civilian doctor as well as him being my provider/surgeon.
