Good afternoon, I received my ratings in the beginning of March for DDD and Left and Right Radiculopathy of 20% DoD and 40% VA. The DoD said that my radiculopathy was CAT 2 diagnosis. I saw on one of your posts that you went to the FPEB and got it rated by DoD as a CAT 1 diagnosis and was wondering what new evidence you provided to the board. Thank you in advance for your help!
